***Important Announcement***

Times are changing...and so is AE21 Online!

We are excited to bring you a fresh, now learning management system (LMS) and have given our top quality courses new life.  This new generation of adjuster licensing, training, and CE courses will engage you with visually appealing design, relevant imagery, interactivity, and various multimedia audio and video clips.

There will be a transition period until such time as we have learners from all states into our new system.  So let’s begin the journey!

If you are currently:

currently enrolled in the Florida or Texas Adjuster Licensing Course;
a licensed adjuster currently enrolled in or seeking new CE in Florida (Staff/IA or PA);
located in any state other than Florida and are currently enrolled in a CE course...

...please login above as usual until you have completed your course(s).

All licensees seeking CE, with the exception of Florida, should complete any courses that you are actively enrolled in within this (older) system.  If you wish to enroll in a new course:

Welcome to the "NEW" AE21 Online...and the Future of Online Adjuster Licensing & CE!

Florida, you time will be here shortly! Please continue to complete any active, enrolled courses AND enroll in new courses within this (older) system.  We will be transitioning Florida courses within the next 30 days. Last to transition will be our Florida and Texas Adjuster Licensing courses.

If you have any questions or experience any difficulties at all during this transition, please call one of our Online Customer Service Representatives for prompt and courteous assistance.
