Online Course Extension Policy

Licensing Courses & Claims Training Programs (with 6-month access periods)

• A complimentary one-time 60-day extension will be provided if the extension is requested within 60 days of the course expiration (8 months after initial enrollment). All subsequent extensions will be subject to a $25 fee per 30 days.
• Extension requests received more than 60 days following the course expiration will be subject to a $25 fee per 30 days.
• If the course is not completed within 1 year of the enrollment date, extensions will be granted at the following repurchase prices
  • If it has been less than one year since the last course activity, the course may be repurchased at a discounted rate of 50% off of the full course price and the student may continue the course where they left off.
  • If a year or more has passed since the last course activity, the course must be repurchased at a discounted rate of 20% off of the full course price and restarted from the beginning.

Continuing Education Courses (with 1-year access periods)

• A complimentary one-time 60-day extension will be provided for expired CE courses if the extension is requested within 60 days of the course expiration (8 months after initial enrollment)
• If the first extension request is not made within 60 days following the course expiration, a fee equal to 25% of the total original cost of all expired CE courses requiring extension will be charged per 30 days.
• Absolutely no extensions will be granted beyond 18 months following the original enrollment date.
