How do I get a username and password for the new site?

If you purchase a course after June 10, 2025 you will receive an email with instructions to create your profile.

Why didn't receive an email for the new platform?

If you purchased a course on or after June 10, 2025, you should have received an onboarding email with login instructions.

  • Check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.
  • If you haven’t made a recent purchase, your courses remain available in the legacy learning platform.











Will I see my old courses on the new platform?

No. Your previous courses will not appear in the new learning environment. You can continue to access them on the Legacy Platform until your access expires.
