Florida's PTD Benefits - FL

This course explores Permanent Total Disability (PTD) benefits under Florida Workers' Compensation law, both before and after the October 1, 2003 legislative changes. Special focus is given to the controversies surrounding the impact of a worker's application and/or approval for Social Security Disability Benefits as a criterion for PTD status, both prior to and following the 2003 legislation.
