Commercial property claims are generally more complex than homeowner's claims due to the variety of coverages, the size and nature of buildings, and their higher value, often requiring more time and effort to resolve. However, the treatment of perils in commercial property claims is similar to that of dwelling and homeowner's claims. This course introduces property adjusters to the most common commercial coverages and adjusting concepts.
