National Online Property & Casualty Adjuster Training Course
Course Description
The National Online Property & Casualty Adjuster Training Program is offered by AE21 Online as the insurance industry’s first and only online adjuster training program that teaches what it means and what it takes to be an adjuster!
This comprehensive online course introduces the student to the world of insurance, its products and policies, and to the claims adjusting profession by exposing them to principles of insurance and claims adjusting, and requiring them to interact with course material and apply principles of coverage, law, and adjusting practice.
Developed and refined for more than a decade as the foundation of AE21’s Florida and Texas online adjuster licensing courses, this online program has proven to be the finest and single-most comprehensive adjuster training course in the United States for reinforced learning and application of all lines of insurance and claims adjusting.
Course Design
The program is comprised of six (6) sections:
- Introduction to Claims and Principles of Insurance
- Casualty Adjusting
- Property Adjusting
- Automobile Physical Damage Adjusting
- Residual Markets and Adjuster Practices
- Case Studies for Real Life All Lines Claims Adjusting
- Final Exam
Each section offers a sequential, building-block approach to adjuster training that explains insurance principles, identifies factual scenarios with legal and contractual claim exposures, and concludes with best practice applications of claims analysis and adjustment.
Throughout the course, interactive quizzes gauge understanding and retention and refer the student back to parts not fully understood. After completion of each section the student is required to successfully pass a comprehensive exam of that area of study.
After completing all of the sections, the student will have the opportunity to step into the shoes of a claims adjuster, analyzing two case studies. There is simply nothing available on the market today that provides such a “real world” assessment of a student’s understanding and ability to apply insurance adjusting principles and practices.
Upon successful completion, students will receive a “suitable for framing” Certificate of Completion as a testament to their determination and resolve to gain a solid foundation of knowledge with which to begin a career in one of many aspects of the world of claims adjusting and claims management.
